Andrew Hamer - Managing Director
Andrew has some
thirty years of experience in the plastic film industry both in
Australia and in Europe, with ICI (now Orica) and UCB (now Innovia).
When working for large multinational companies he was heavily involved
in the development of some Australian led film initiatives that have led
to millions of dollars of ongoing exports from Australia. He has been
committed to utilising Australia as global innovation base and his
vision is to continue Pakaflex's innovation and growth as a leading
innovator in flexible packaging.

Adrian StJohn - Sales Manager
Adrian's experience comes from the timber and
packaging industries where he worked with Bunnings and Carter Holt Harvey before
he joined the Pakaflex team in early 2008. Adrian travels extensively
around Australia and New Zealand to ensure we are delivering our promise.

Susan Hamer - Business Development Manager
Identifying and
establishing new business in our identified markets where we can deliver
the goal of affordable quality! Sue has worked hard with our Potting
Mix, Mulch and agricultural customers where our products can make a real
difference to packaging costs.

Debbie Kelly - Office Manager
The one who makes it all happen behind the
scenes. Whether it’s to place a new order or to advise you of your
delivery schedule, Debbie will do her best to make sure Pakaflex
customers are happy with the service they receive. Debbie has
been with Pakaflex for more than 10 years.

Will Hamer - Operations Manager
After completing a combined law and commerce degree Will joined the team in 2017.
He took on the task of process improvement - reviewing, and improving
how we can better get the right product to the right spot and the right
time with the right cost. Reflecting his excellent work in this
area he has now been appointed Operations Manager of the Melbourne
plant.
